Tripmaxx uses the 2016 EOxCloudless CC BY layer as on-demand satellite imagery. The app may crop, stitch, resize and composite the imagery into recap videos.

Source: GeoNames cities1000. Licensed under CC BY 4.0. Tripmaxx reduces the source dataset to the name, latitude, longitude, country and time-zone columns for bundled offline lookup.

Other maps and geographic assets

• OpenFreeMap / OpenMapTiles / OpenStreetMap contributors. Street-map data is used under the OpenStreetMap ODbL terms. The attribution “OpenFreeMap © OpenMapTiles © OpenStreetMap contributors” is embedded in video frames that use these tiles.
• NASA Earth Observatory — Blue Marble: Next Generation. The bundled world-map fallback is sourced from NASA Earth Observatory and was reprojected to Web Mercator, resized and compressed. No NASA endorsement is implied.
• Natural Earth. Bundled land, lake and border geometry comes from Natural Earth public-domain data and is subset or converted for use in the app.
